Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern the use of Dobby. The provider is Valentyn Vihandt, sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer), Kollergasse 17/4, 1030 Vienna, Austria (“we”). Different terms apply only if we confirm them in writing.

2. Service

Dobby is an AI agent you instruct via Telegram. He carries out tasks in accounts and services you connect, on the service's devices and on the computer, and reports the result to you. Steps with an outward effect (sending, paying, publishing, deleting) are carried out only after you confirm them in the chat. Dobby is not a marketing, advertising or bulk messaging service.

Dobby works with AI models. Results may contain mistakes; check important content before you confirm it. We owe careful performance, not a specific outcome.

3. Account and obligations

You connect only accounts you are entitled to use and comply with the respective providers' terms. You do not instruct Dobby to act unlawfully, send unsolicited advertising or bulk messages, deceive anyone or infringe third-party rights. In case of abuse we may refuse tasks and block access.

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown to you in the chat before purchase apply (credits or subscription). Credits are used per completed task; larger tasks are quoted first. Small business exemption under § 6 (1) 27 Austrian VAT Act: no VAT is charged. A subscription can be cancelled monthly, in the chat or by email.

5. Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (§ 11 Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, FAGG); an email to valentyn@kindt.agency is enough. If you expressly ask Dobby to start working before the period ends, on withdrawal you pay the share for services already provided; credits already used are not refunded, unused ones are.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. For slight negligence we are not liable to businesses; statutory liability towards consumers remains unaffected. We are not liable for the content or availability of third-party services (e.g. Telegram, Meta, email providers).

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Term and termination

You may stop using Dobby at any time and request deletion of your data (data deletion). We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice; we then refund unused paid credits.

9. Governing law and venue

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The venue for businesses is Vienna.
