Data deletion
How to delete your data from Dobby. Operator: Valentyn Vihandt, sole proprietor, Vienna.
Disconnect in the chat
Tell Dobby in Telegram which connection to remove, e.g. “Disconnect my Instagram” or “Disconnect my ad account”. The token and the stored data of that connection are deleted immediately.
In Instagram open Settings → Apps and websites → Active, select “KINDT Marketing Agent” and remove it. Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete the token and all data received from that Instagram account.
Meta ad account
In Meta Business Suite open Settings → Integrations → Connected apps, select “KINDT Marketing Agent” and remove it. The token stops working at once; we delete the stored data.
Everything else
Email valentyn@kindt.agency with the subject “Data deletion” and your Telegram username or business name. We delete chat history, files and all remaining data and confirm by email within 30 days. Only billing records we are legally required to keep are excepted.
